重要：本アプリケーションをダウンロード、インストール、または使用する前に、以下の利用規約をよくお読みください。本アプリケーションを使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. ライセンスの許諾
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に基づき、当社はお客様に対し、本アプリケーションを個人的かつ非商業的な目的で使用するための、非独占的、譲渡不可、サブライセンス不可のライセンスを許諾します。
1.1 許可される使用
- お客様が所有または管理するデバイスでの本アプリケーションの使用
- 本アプリケーションの機能を個人的な目的で利用すること
- Apple IDを通じてファミリー共有が有効な場合の家族間での共有
2. 使用の制限
お客様は以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 本アプリケーションの複製、改変、派生物の作成
- 本アプリケーションのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリケーションの販売、レンタル、リース、配布
- 本アプリケーションを違法な目的や本契約に違反する方法で使用すること
- 第三者の権利を侵害する方法での使用
- 本アプリケーションのセキュリティ機能を回避または無効化すること
3. 知的財産権
本アプリケーションおよびそのすべてのコンテンツ、機能、技術は当社または当社のライセンサーが所有し、著作権法、商標法、特許法、その他の知的財産法によって保護されています。本契約は、明示的に許諾された使用権を除き、いかなる権利もお客様に譲渡するものではありません。
4. プライバシーとデータの使用
本アプリケーションにおける個人情報の収集および使用については、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。本アプリケーションを使用することにより、お客様は当社のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
5. 免責事項
本アプリケーションは「現状のまま」提供され、明示的または黙示的を問わず、いかなる種類の保証も行いません。これには、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性の黙示的保証が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。
6. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、当社は本アプリケーションの使用または使用不能に起因する間接的、偶発的、特別、派生的または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません。当社の責任は、いかなる場合も、お客様が本アプリケーションに対して支払った金額を超えないものとします。
7. 契約の終了
本契約は、終了するまで有効です。お客様が本契約の条項に違反した場合、本契約は自動的に終了します。また、お客様は本アプリケーションを削除することにより、いつでも本契約を終了できます。
8. 準拠法
本契約は、日本国の法律に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。本契約に関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
9. Apple固有の条項
9.1 承認
お客様およびApp Store Service Provider Inc.（以下「Apple」）は、Appleが本契約の第三者受益者であり、お客様が本契約を承諾することにより、Appleは第三者受益者として本契約をお客様に対して執行する権利を有することを認めます。
9.2 保守およびサポート
当社は本アプリケーションの保守およびサポートに関して単独で責任を負います。Appleは本アプリケーションに関していかなる保守およびサポートサービスも提供する義務を負いません。
9.3 製品保証
適用される保証に本アプリケーションが適合しない場合、お客様はAppleに通知することができ、Appleは本アプリケーションの購入価格をお客様に返金します。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Appleは本アプリケーションに関してその他いかなる保証義務も負いません。
9.4 製品に関する請求
当社は、本アプリケーションがお客様の知的財産権を侵害しているという第三者の請求を含む、本アプリケーションに関連するお客様または第三者からの請求に対処する責任を負います。
10. 変更および更新
当社は、本契約を随時変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリケーション内で通知します。変更後も本アプリケーションを継続して使用することにより、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

1. Grant of License
Under these Terms of Use (the "Terms"), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.1 Permitted Uses
- Use of the application on devices you own or control
- Use of the application's features for personal purposes
- Family sharing through Apple ID when Family Sharing is enabled
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the application
- Use the application for illegal purposes or in violation of this Agreement
- Use in any way that infringes third-party rights
- Circumvent or disable security features of the application
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The application and all its content, features, and technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any rights to you except for the explicitly granted usage rights.
4. Privacy and Data Usage
The collection and use of personal information in this application is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this application, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers
The application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the application. Our liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for the application.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms. You may also terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the application.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
9. Apple-Specific Terms
9.1 Acknowledgment
You and App Store Service Provider Inc. ("Apple") acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
9.2 Maintenance and Support
We are solely responsible for the maintenance and support of the application. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services for the application.
9.3 Product Warranty
If the application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.
9.4 Product Claims
We are responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the application, including third-party claims that the application infringes intellectual property rights.
10. Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the application. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the changes.
